Here's an at-home beginner bodyweight workout you can do anytime to help you feel good and get in shape! It requires no jumping, and only a gallon of water (or backpack, or suitcase) for one of the exercises.

(We'll still call it a bodyweight workout, as that's the majority of the exercises!)
