Yoga For Strength💪This 20 Minute Vinyasa Flow Yoga sequence cultivates heat, tones the body, and builds strength and flexibility. This vinyasa yoga sequence will help you develop a strong foundation and a strong breathing practice (which is needed in the traditional vinyasa flow style of yoga). We create full body strength in this short sequence with a strong focus on alignment. This practice is a challenge, but offers variations for you to try as you build your practice from the ground up. To me, "strength yoga" should open the hips, the shoulders while creating core strength (exactly what we do in this sequence). This vinyasa yoga practice also tones the legs and the arms, all while offering a strong foundation in order to protect the joints.
