I found food science as a major when I was already a freshman at college and I had no idea that being a food scientist was a career before this.

So, for anyone who's interested in becoming a food scientist, or maybe knows a food scientist, here's what the study of food entails! And no, I'm not a chef, dietician, or nutritionist :)
