This pilates mat class is a full body workout with a lot of abdominals! Abdominals and core strength is a key part in preventing back pain or relieving back pain, which is why we love pilates abs! This workout uses a mini ball and light dumbbells for upper body strength as well as glutes. The class finishes with some nice stretching exercises leaving the body feel lengthened, loose and relaxed! You can do this workout at home, outside or even on vacation if you bring your ball in the suit case which I love to do!
