Comfort Food Classics: Veal Paprikash

Paprikash is a meal that has been around for a very long time in my family. I wish I had the old family recipe, but you never know, I may find it in an old cookbook as I go through boxes of family things. This is such a quick and delicious meal, you definitely need to try it!

Ingredients:

1lb veal, scalloped thin
2 tbs olive oil
2 C onion, sliced thin
1 shallot, minced
1/2 C diced tomatoes in its juices
1/2 C sour cream
1/4 C beef broth
1 tbs sweet paprika
1 tsp marjoram
1/2 tsp hot paprika or cayenne
Chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
