INGREDIENTS LIST:
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 of a small yellow onion (small diced)
1 large garlic clove (minced)
1 1/2 cup or 285 grams long grain brown rice
2 1/2 cups or 592 mL of liquid (water, vegetable stock, chicken stock, beef stock, or stock of choice)

Oven:
375 F or 190 C
