Easy arm balancing poses - All arm balancing poses require strength and the poses taught in this class are broken down into steps that may make them more accessible and provide you with a greater understanding of the actions required.

We will work on Eka Hasta Bhujasana (One hand arm pose / Elephant trunk pose), Dwi Hasta Bhujasana (Two hands and arms pose / insect pose) and Bhujapidasana (Shoulder pressing pose).
