Instant Patra

Ingredients:

150 gm - Patra Paan ( 15 no ) Washed, Cleaned
Remove stem also from middle and Chopped Finely
2 tbsp - Sooji Fine
1 tbsp - Saunf Roughly Crushed
1 tbsp - Til
Salt to taste
Pinch - Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp - Dhaniya Jeera Powder
1 tsp - Garam Masala Powder
1/2 tsp - Hing
2 tbsp - Jaggery
2 tbsp - Imli Pulp
2 tbsp - Ginger Chilli Paste
2 tbsp - Peanut Oil
Method:
Take the above Ingredients in the Bowl ,Mix Properly then add

2 Cup - Besan

Mix Properly,add Little Little Water , Make thick Batter and Give Rest for 10 min.
Take a Steamer , use Thali and Apply oil and

Take the above batter , then add
1/4 tsp - Baking Powder
Put above little water, Mix Properly
Put mixture into thali , Sprinkle White Til , little red chilli powder, and Steam it for 15-18 min. rest for some time. cut into small pieces.

Tadka:
3 tbsp - Oil
2 tsp - Mustard Seeds
3 no - Green Chilli Chopped
2 stem - Curry Leaves
2 tsp - Sesame
1/4 tsp - Hing
1/4 tsp - Turmeric Powder
Mix Properly add little
3 tbsp - water
Add above Patra and Mix Properly then add little lemon juice mix Properly

Garnish with Coriander Leaves Chopped, Grated Fresh Coconut.
