Hyderabadi Double Ka Meetha 🍒
Ingredients :
8 Slice Bread
500ml Milk
1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Sugar
Few Strands of Kesar
1/2tsp Cardamom Powder
1tsp Rose Water
50g Khoya
2tbsp Sugar
Dry Fruits
Glazed Cherries
Chandi Ka wark (optional)
Method :
1. Boil milk.
2. Take 1/2 cup of boiled milk and mix it with khoya and 2tbsp sugar to make instant rabdi.
3. Cut the edges of sluce bread. Cut the bread into squares.
4. Fry them in ghee till they turn brown.
5. Add water, sugar and kwsar strands to a pan. Dissolve sugar and bring to a boil.
6. Add milk, cardamom powder and rose water. Mix well and simmer for 2 - 3 mins.
7. Add the fried bread to it. Let ut soak for for 30 mins to 1 hour.
8. Pour prepared rabdi on it.
9. Decorate with dry fruits, glazed cherries and chandi ka warq.
10. Enjoy it hot or cold as you prefer.
