菜脯蛋豆腐这样做🔥鲜香入味,配上菜脯和肉碎口感非常好,做法简单容易,好吃又下饭🍚‼️

材料:2个蛋豆腐、100克肉末、3瓣蒜、2根小米辣椒、50克甜菜脯、少许玉米淀粉、1勺蚝油、1勺酱油、半勺黑酱油、1勺绍兴酒、1勺白糖、200毫升清水、少许水淀粉、葱花

1)把豆腐切块沾上玉米淀粉炸制金黄色捞出备用
2)锅留底油爆香菜脯,再加入蒜&辣椒炒出香味,再倒入肉末炒至变色
3)加入1勺蚝油、1勺酱油、半勺黑酱油、1勺绍兴酒、1勺白糖&倒入200毫升清水煮至沸腾,再倒入水淀粉勾芡
4)把炸好的豆腐倒入快速翻炒均匀
5)出锅装盘撒上葱花即可❤️
