The most intense arms and shoulders workout EVER according to artificial intelligence (A.I.). Honestly this was terrible. Not because it wasn't a good workout but because it was so much volume and that was not fun. Basically the most intense workouts according to A.I. are circuit based. So kind of like CrossFit in a way. This is not the way I enjoy working out so it wasn't very fun but it was a pretty intense workout that I was sore from! Remember, the best workout is the workout you enjoy and will actually do. If you want to get stronger or build bigger muscle, this means challenging yourself and implementing progressive overload.

Also, if anyone is concerned about the minimal blurring this video, this is a private gym where you have a to sign a consent form saying you are OK being filmed, I usually just blur anyway but this one was too much lol
