巧克力软曲奇/Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe - 学会了这个 再也不看趣多多一眼

Hello everyone, welcome to my channel! Today I am teaching you how to make chewy chocolate chunk cookies. I tried to bake with brown butter for the first time and it turned out amazing! This recipe yields thick cookies that has a really satisfying bite, and the addition of brown butter elevates the taste to a whole new level! Try it out and you won’t regret it! Yields 2 dozen cookies (using a 3tbsp cookie scoop)
Ingredient List
• 1 cup of butter, browned
• ½ cup (100g) Granulated sugar
• 1 cup (200g) Brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp of Vanilla extract
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tsp Baking soda
• 1 tsp of sea salt
• 2 and ¾ cups (345g) of Flour
• 1.5 cup of Dark chocolate (262.5g)
• 0.5 cup of Milk chocolate (87.5g)

• 2 tsp 香草精
• 2 tbsp 枫叶糖浆
• 1 tsp 小苏打
• 1 tsp 海盐

• 1 cup (200g) 棕色糖
• 1.5 cup of 黑巧克力(262 g)
• 0.5 cup of 牛奶巧克力 (87 g)
