On the shore, the wind off the Gullet howls. Seasmoke settles. A young man steps forward.

“I had no desire upon it,” he says.
“What do you want?”
“To serve my Queen, Your Grace.”
Rhaenyra moves closer as Syrax pads ahead—protecting, towering. Seasmoke huffs behind the stranger. Two dragons, one choice, and a kneel that changes the tide.
