Everyone talks about the Great Wall of China, but hardly anyone knows about this Great Wall of India! The wall of Kumbhalgarh Fort located in the Rajasthan state of India is the second longest wall in the world. Surrounded by 13 hills, this wall is present at a height of 1914 meters above sea level. This wall is 36km long and 25 feet wide. And it was said that eight horses could run simultaneously on this wall! There are a total of 360 temples built in Kumbalgarh Fort of Rajasthan, out of which 300 are Jain and 60 are Hindu temples. It took 15 years to build this wall built for the protection of Kumbhalgarh Fort. It is said that Kumbhalgarh was also the crisis capital of Mewar. From the time of Maharana Kumbha to Maharana Raj Singh, the royal family lived in this fort during the attacks on Mewar. Due to these features of the fort, Kumbhalgarh was also included in the World Heritage list in the year 2013!
