In this video I’m going to go over how imbalances in our body from skating too much in one stance can do us over. Then I’ll share with you some of the best exercises for skateboarders to reduce pain, injury risk and to skate better.

Do you have knee pain when skating? Ankle pain when skating? Hip pain or back pain when skating? A common cause for these issues is imbalances in range of motion, strength, stability and function, and in this video I give you the skate piece of the equation to work on imbalances to handle these problems.
