Hi friends!

It's been a little while since I've last posted a class on here, and I am so excited to be sharing new yoga content with you! This class is a 30 minute FULL BODY yoga class! We will begin with a few warm up stretches and get straight into our flow, and end the practice with some deeper stretches. I invite you to focus on your breath throughout your practice, as it will help you get into each pose with more ease. Please take breaks if necessary and modify poses if needed. The puppy at the intro video is my dog Daisy, whom you will be seeing more often of in the near future!
