This 10 minute full abs workout was created for you to get the hourglass shape. I focused on including exercises that work your entire core, upper and lower abs such as side abs/obliques. For me, personally, it helps a lot to train my waist since it becomes way more toned and defined. Plus, I work my butt a lot so the hourglass body shape is visible. This ab workout challenges you and will make your abs burn. Combine it with my other abs workouts and especially with my hourglass workouts for better results. Also, do not forget, ABS are also made in the kitchen.
