We didn't SEE it! 😳 | Southern Summer Veggie Stew | Southern Family Cooking VLOG

Y'all.... There were gigantic things growing out in the mini garden that we did not see! How did we miss them in that "HUGE" garden? 😂😂😂 For real, those little veggies can hide from you. 😆 It's another rainy summer day around here and we're making some Summer Veggie Stew!

Summer Veggie Stew
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter
1 onion, diced
1 cup carrots, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 heaping tablespoons all purpose flour
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp dried thyme
32 oz carton chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp red pepper flakes
3-4 zucchini, sliced
Any other garden fresh veggies you want to add! 😁👍

Directions:
Melt butter in a large pot over medium low heat. Add onions and carrots and cook for 5-7 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Add the flour, salt, and pepper making sure to coat the veggies with the flour. Slowly add the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring as you go. Add the remaining ingredients and let simmer until ready to serve.
