► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️ 7 Full Body Strength Exercises
✔️ Timed Intervals (40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest)
✔️ Repeat All 7 Exercises x2 Sets
✔️ Burnout Finisher (10 reps per move)

►Workout Outline:
1️⃣ Alternating Squat Thruster 
2️⃣ 5 Single Arm Back Rows + 1 Snatch
3️⃣ Deadlift Clean + Lunge
4️⃣ 2 Bicep Curls + 2 Shoulder Presses
5️⃣ Curtsy Lunge + Dumbbell Pass
6️⃣ 2 Chest Presses + 2 Leg Lowers
7️⃣ Plank, 2 Knee Drives + Army Crawl
