This video shows you how to use a Meglio Grid Foam Roller to help release tension in your calf. This exercise is particularly useful for runners, or for anyone suffering from a calf strain or Achilles tendonitis.

To begin, lay the roller down underneath the middle of the calf belly. Use a sweeping motion to roll up and down the calf, stopping at the knee. Change the orientation of the leg to target the outer aspect of the calf and to increase pressure, place your other leg up on top. If you find a particular area of tension, oscillate over the region back and forth to target the pain.
