今天我會跟大家說下我們肚的脂肪,很多時候我們年紀開始越大的時候,其實我們的脂肪積聚越來越多, 最常見的地方就當然是在肚. 如果皮下的脂肪積聚一點是沒有所謂的. 但是如果去到我們叫做visceral fat就是內臟脂肪, 就是代表脂肪已經包圍了你的內臟, 其實就會產生了很多不同的病症包括糖尿病, 心臟病, 很多不健康症狀就會出現. 所以我們首先是要減肚的脂肪, 而減肚腩的脂肪其實還是比較難去做的. 因為如果有些病人本身也有腰痛或者要做situp或是運動可能也容易傷及腰部的.今天我們就設計了一套運動其實這一套運動由你二十歲去到你八十歲其實也好易做的. 因為是很簡單很簡單收腹部脂肪強化我們的腹部....

Today I will talk about belly fat. As we get older, we tend to accumulate more fat. The most common area is at the belly. If the subcutaneous fat accumulates a little it's not a big deal. But if it reaches what we call visceral fat surrounding the organs. That means the fat has surrounded your internal organs. This can then lead to many different health issues, including diabetes, heart disease, and many other unhealthy conditions. So the first thing we need to do is reduce the belly fat. But reducing belly fat is actually quite challenging if patients have lower back pain, especially doing sit up or other exercises which can also injury the lower back. So today we've designed a set of exercises, that are actually suitable from age 20 all the way to 80, they're very simple to reduce abdominal fat exercises and strengthen our core
