Birria Recipe Served Four Different Ways

Hello, my YouTube Family!
Today we are preparing birria, and we will serve it in four different ways! Besides enjoying the birria as a stew, there are many different ways of using the birria to prepare various dishes. #birria #birriatacos #birriaramen #birriaeggrolls #mexicanfoodrecipes

Here is a list of ingredients:

Birria Ingredients:

10 lbs Chuck Toast
1-1/2 Tbsp Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Salt
1 Large White Onion
1 Head of Garlic
6-8 Quarts Water

Sauce Ingredients:
20-25 Chile Guajillo, NM or California Chili Pods
2 Chile Anchos
15 Chiles de Arbol (Optional)
3 Roma Tomatoes
6-8 Garlic Cloves
6-8 Peppercorns
5-6 Whole Cloves (I did not mention this one in the video) Blend them with the sauce
2 Tbsp Mexican Oregano
1-1/2 Tsp Cumin
1 Tsp Thyme
Chicken, Beef, or Tomato Bouillon as needed

Sala Macha Ingredients:
20-25 Chiles de Arbol
1 Chile Ancho
I Head of Garlic
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Chili Powder

Depending on how you decide to serve the birria, you will also need the following:

Cilantro
White Onion
Egg Roll Wraps
Corn Tortillas
Your Favorite Melting Cheese (Pepper Jack, Monterrey Jack, Queso Chihuahua, etc.
Bolillos or French Bread
Lettuce
Avocado
Ramen (We use the @Tapatio Ramen)
