is a curry that can be prepared by using certain vegetables. This curry is done without any spices, and the main ingredients used are grated coconut and buttermilk, the particular vegetable and green chillies. The video present about one of the best combination of "Kayi huli" that is elephant foot yam and cabooli Channa.
Elephant foot yam is perfecy grown in this season and it requires a black, loose soil to grow well. Channa requires more time to cook than the yam pieces. So step by step cooking process is explained here.

Cabooli Channa
Greated coconut 2cup
Butter milk 2cup
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1/2sp
Tamaruind
Bird eye chilli 6 (optional)
Water

For tempering

Oil
Mustard seeds 1sp
Dry red chilli
Curry leaves.
