Breadfruit is a common vegetable, in highlands and coastal areas, wich can be used for sambar, majjige huli, palya, bajji and chips, papads etc. In today's video I show you how to prepare sambar from it. The vegetable is similar to Jack fruits grows in the trees. But different in the aspects that we don't use its fruits for eating as it is. Instead we use them making curries, chips and papads only. But it's products are very delicious to eat.These are seasonal as jackfruits, grow only during summer season.

Ingredients:-

Bread fruit 2
Coconut oil 5 -6sp
Dry red chilli 10-12
Coriender seeds 4-5 sp
Hing small piece
Methi 1/2 sp
Urad dal 2sp
Cumim seeds 2sp
Curry leaves
Red chilli powder 1/2sp
Turmeric powder 1/2sp
Tamarind
Jaggary
Salt to taste
Greated coconut 2cups
Toor dal 1 cup

For temporing

Coconut oil 2sp
Mustard seeds 1sp
Dry red chilli 1
Curry leaves
