Yes, I know a lot of people are told dead lifting is bad. But that message is just wrong! It's a very functional movement that we all do often. Ever lifted groceries out of a car, picked up a child, etc etc. If our body is prepared for this, we won't get hurt.

In this video, I'll show you how to pre-train your back to re-train the movement pattern. Then you'll be able to dead lift safely! Everyone should do this. If you're a weight lifter, this is a great warm up.
