Costco贝壳蛋糕揭秘 Madeleine Cake

过去总在Costco买这种玛德琳蛋糕，没想到这款法式小蛋糕做起来特别容易，而且我最喜欢的一点是你可以前一天做好面糊储存在冰箱里，第2天早晨烤10分钟就能吃上新鲜美味的小蛋糕，既方便又快捷。
This small sponge cake is super easy to make, and one of my favorite things is that you can make the batter the day before, store it in the fridge, and bake in 10 minutes the next morning to have fresh and delicious cakes quick and easy.

24 Madeleines:
120g (1cup) all purpose flour 中筋面粉
2 eggs at room temperature 室温鸡蛋
20g (1.5tbsp) brown sugar 红糖
80g (0.4cup) sugar 糖
113g (0.5cup) melted butter 融化黄油
1 tsp vanilla 香草精
2g (0.5 tsp) baking powder 泡打粉
A pinch of salt 少许盐
