We'll warm up with elements of the combination :)

R3: Teep - Jab - Cross - Rear Check - Rear Kick - Angle - Rear Up Elbow - Rear Knee 15:19

R4: Teep - Jab - Cross - Rear Check - Rear Kick - Angle - Rear Up Elbow - Rear Knee - Long Guard - Push Away - Lead Check - Switch Kick 20:47

R5: Teep - Jab - Cross - Rear Check - Rear Kick - Angle - Rear Up Elbow - Rear Knee - Long Guard - Push Away - Lead Check - Switch Kick - Lean - Rear Kick (long) 27:03

CORE WORK: 35:23

Sit Ups into Elbow 36:10
Side Plank 37:30
Side Plank 38:50

Hope you enjoyed this style of class! We use the layering technique often when teaching pad holding to newer students. Instead of having to think and creating a break in between the strikes, the layering technique keeps the flow going and also helps the pad holder to build combinations and confidence. For the striker, you'll get to repeat and improve the strikes, and develop flow through the ranges and strikes.
