Seasonal changes give us an opportunity to get back to our practice in a new way, with fresh eyes with new ways to see our minds and feel our bodies.

In today's class, our focus on using the various ways to use the block will harness our mind and focus our attention. Holding the block ( solid teak wood.. heavy) keeps my awareness centralized, aware of my legs and pelvis and their connection to the core and spine.
