Join us for a revitalizing 40-minute yoga class filmed in beautiful Tamarindo, Costa Rica. During this invigorating session, you will be guided through a series of dynamic postures designed to ignite and awaken your core. Postures include plank, side plank and variations, a variety of standing, lunging twists, warrior 2 variations, double chaturangas, airplane/warrior 3 crunches, twisting chair, jiva squats, standing straddle split twists, standing head to knee, boat, (of course), and SO many more! This class will leave you feeling energized and centered. Embrace the tropical sounds of Costa Rica as you embark on a journey to ignite your inner fire and discover your true strength.
