In this White Tiger QG video, we warm up and mobilize our shoulders and hips. We explore the range of movement in these two joints and how we use them in different qi gong stances.

We elongate and lengthen the shoulder joints so that qi can travel through the arms. We release tension from the hip area, releasing and freeing the area of tightness and rigidity so that we create more space in our lower back and also allow qi to travel to our legs.

In this way, by properly aligning our arms and legs onto the trunk of our body we enable the body to move as one unit and qi to travel easily.
