No repeat, no equipment, 20-minute full body Tabata-style workout you can do anywhere, anytime! We’ve got 20 seconds of intense work followed by 10 seconds of rest, with each exercise only done once—so let’s go all out! My arms, legs, and core were on fire (so many planks… so many squats!), but it felt incredible! You know the drill—if you're up for the challenge, feel free to repeat the session two or three times for an even longer burn.

We will be training every muscle in your body with this dumbbells only home workout: arms, shoulders, back, legs, and glutes. Warmup and cooldown are included in this 20 minute full body workout.
