💥 Give suggestions for tricks, how to flow out of it

Warm up and cool down.
I have not included any warm up or cool down in this video. However I advise that you do this before and after your hula hoop workout.

Check out my 10 minute warm up routine here:    • Pre Workout Warm Up: 10 minute stretc...

Which Hoop?

The hoop I’m using is a 32” or 81cm Dia. Hoop from Sacred Circle Stores (Berlin)  / sacredcirclestore
