Fibroid uterus | Adnexa Cyst | Bulky Uterus

Urinary bladder: Normal in outline. Wall thickness is within normal limit. No demonstrable intravesical lesion is seen.

Uterus: Bulky in size and anteverted in position.

Endometrium: Thickness is normal. Echogenicity is normal.

Myometrium: Shows heterogenous echotexture in the body and fundus.

Hypoechoic solid mass lesion measuring 6.12cm x 5.34cm is noted at fundus of the uterus, just below the subserous layer.

Right Ovary: Normal in size, shape and echogenicity.

Left adnexa: A moderately large well circumscribe thin wall cystic mass is noted measuring 7.7cm.

Another one small thick wall cystic mass measuring 2.69cm.

Color Doppler on both showing no internal blood supply.

Cul-de-Sac: Free from any fluid collection.
Comment:

Suggestive of Fibroid uterus ( 5.5cm x 5.5cm)

Multiple cyst left adnexa ( 7.7cm and 2.69cm)
