I use this circuit as a warm-up! Join along, and feel free to modify/augment as needed. I usually do it x2 so if you want the full effect, scrub back and do it again :) (time stamp 2:18) which makes it just under 1 hour

Workout:
arm circles
squats x 10 + 10 second hold on last squat
side flyes-45°-straight in front
lunge pulses x 15 each leg
figure 8's x 10 each way, each arm
squat jumps + pulse x 15
complex dumbells x 15
donkey kicks x 10 each: full kick, half kick, circle kick, reverse kick
plank + thread the needle x 5 each arm
oblique side bends x 5 each side
kneeling bend for 10 count
push-up rows x 10
jack knives x 10 - bicycles x 10 - scissor kicks x 10
dips x 10 - single leg x 5 per side
bridges x 10 - single leg x 5 per side
wide push-ups x 5 - push-ups x 5 - standing plank arm circles x 5 each arm
cherry pickers x 30 - single leg drop x 10 each leg
small rest & then repeat! yay!

I have to apologize for the film quality... I'm using my phone while I'm at home and just doing my best :) Hope it's forgivable ahah.
