NO SUGAR CHEESE CAKE RECIPE ⬇️

For the base -
Roasted Almonds 50g
Cashew 50g
Peanuts 50g
2 tsp ghee

For the cream layer -
100g Low Fat Homemade Paneer
1-2 tbsp greek yogurt
1 -2 tosp honey
Peanut butter for layer

For the base, grind all thr ingredients until well combined and press it down firmly into your container. Refrigerate for 10 mins.

Blend your homemade low fat paneer along either greek yogurt and honey until the mixture resembles cream cheese (aty of yogurt will depend on how soft or hard your paneer is).

Mix this blended paneer mixture with 2-3 tbsps

Now refrigerate overnight & enjoy
