Workout details:
Perform the following circuit 2-3 times or as many rounds as necessary to produce a high degree of fatigue in the muscle. Perform each exercise consecutively with minimal rest. Rest as needed between rounds.

- Suspension chest flys 10
- Suspension triceps extensions 10
- RTO or standard suspension push-ups 10
