Workout details:
Warm up With 10-15 scapular rows followed by rear flys.
1) 2 sets of lateral bicep curls for 8 reps
2 rounds of:
2A) 12 Lat pull-downs
2B) 6 Single-arm rows

- Perform as many rounds of the last two exercises as you feel is necessary to drive a high degree of fatigue into the muscle. Be sure to use as much resistance as you can, especially for the single-arm rows.
