This is your BodyFit by Amy 32-minute Pilates HIIT Workout. This is day 10 of your Holiday HIIT Challenge! Today we are going to do a pilates inspired workout with some high intensity intervals to really get that heart rate up. We'll get a lot of core, we'll get a lot of strengthening and stretching, and we will get that heart pumping! I'll be using my three pound dumbbells but you can use bodyweight if you'd rather. Are you ready? Let's do it!!
