One Minute Bunkai: Seisan #4

Описание к видео One Minute Bunkai: Seisan #4

One Minute Bunkai:  This is a very powerful combination of Seisan, blending smooth yet powerful leverage with a quick counterattack using a backfist. The backlist can be replaced by the wrist/forearm or you can use an open knife hand strike (if the opponent's head comes down you do not want to hit the crown of his head with your fist for you may damage your hand, this is why you may consider using a knifehand- soft against hard). The preceding downward strike when done properly sets up the neck by opening it up as a target. The stepping back of course looks like a mid level block and it is often interpreted against a punch attack. Here it is shown as a continuation (if wanted but not necessary) of this sequence for the purpose of taking the opponent down and controlling him. Please understand (be aware and be very carefull) that when you hit the neck as in this scenario that is a knock out blow, so your opponent may drop like a sack of potatoes and no follow up is necessary nor able to be pursued. With skill and control you can stun your opponent or completely knock him out senseless.
