A 15-minute everyday yoga routine, great for boosting energy, opening your chest, ribs, and upper-back, and getting your body feeling great for the day. 

Ready for a workout to open your body, wake you up, and build some strength and flexibility? This routine is a solid 15-minute workout created with the intermediate user in mind, perfect for starting off your day strong. The focus is on opening your ribs, upper-back, and thoracic spine, to help with improved breathing, creating a sense of calm confidence, and help your body feel fantastic throughout the day. 

This workout is part of the Everyday Yoga Series, a program featuring workouts designed for the experienced/intermediate user to address your overall, strength, flexibility, and mental wellness goals in just 15 minutes. Modifications are provided for beginners and the inflexible, but less instruction that you might find in some of our other workouts.
