Join me for a 30 minute full body mat pilates stretch routine perfect for stiff muscles and joints. This workout will focus on increasing flexibility and lowering stress levels through a guided pilates stretch workout. I will show you how to get the best out of each stretch according to your ability, working through the body from top to toe leaving you feeling relaxed, refreshed and ready for your day. Stretching and releasing muscles is vital for everyone whether you are very sporty, just getting into exercise or a weekly exerciser. The session will be suitable for all levels and you will be encouraged to take the stretches at the pace and level that works best for you. This is an ideal active recovery session as well as perfect for managing lower back pain and many other aches and pains caused by a tense, overstressed body and, or mind. It is also suitable for people with living with arthritis as stretching is known to both help relieve pain and boost mood.
