Have you ever wanted to be able to do a 'push up'?

Or at least do a better version of what you can currently manage?

And not feel like you are going to face plant.

So many of our clients have a love/hate relationship with it.

They want that strong and empowered feeling.

That feeling of easily pushing your body weight up off the floor...

And the improved upper body strength and bone density that comes with it...

But so many find it really tough!

I had a laugh the other day when one of our inspirational online members joked - "I think I am just too heavy for my arms".

It certainly can feel that way!

However, everyone can do some form of the push up. You just have to find the right starting point for you.

Check out this video where Jack and I demonstrate how to find YOUR starting point and then how you can progress from there.

This exercise video is great for anyone looking to improve their upper body strength. Even if you have a rotator cuff tear, bursitis, osteoarthritis or something similar. This is still for you!
