Ever have those days where you are a little pushed (or not motivated) to find the time for exercise?

But you know you will feel better once you have done something.

Getting in 'something' will at least get the blood flowing, improve your energy levels for the day, and keeps the habit of exercise going.

So if you have one of these days then give this 7 minute routine a try.

It is actually a warm up for one of our strength workouts, but doubles really well as a quick way to get something done if you are low on time or in a bit of a funk.
