3 cups all-purpose or Bread flour
1 envelope rapid rise instant yeast
1 tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp salted softened butter
1 beaten egg
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup raisins
1 tsp salt
1 cup warm milk 100 to 110 degrees (I misspoke in video)
mix together, knead for 8 minutes. Form a ball. Cover with a little oil and plastic wrap.
Let rise for 1 hour

Knead, roll out
Center filling:
butter to brush on dough
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
Roll into long loaf and cut in 1/2
Put uncooked dough halves inside prepared 4 1/2 x 8 1/2 loaf pans.
Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 1 more hour

Bake 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes
Brush with butter
