This class offers relief from congestion in your hips and low back spine. Focussing on all sides of the hips in a creative vinyasa flow. Practice moves at an accessible, flowing pace. As we circle around the hips, releasing tension, we circle around the mat in a mandala flow - lunges, lizards and crabs - targeting the psoas, groin & hamstrings. A standing flow sequence alternating between warrior 1, pyramid and Triangle balancing out the front and back of your leg muscles. Practice then moves to the floor to focus on the outer hips, IT band and deeper buttocks muscles before resting in reclined bound angle pose and shavasana. A good flush for the hips and floss for your spine! Enjoy!
