This is a 30 minute vinyasa flow class for strength and mobility focussing on your spine and side torso (obliques). This short practice will build strength & flexibility along the length of your spine as well as creating more room to breathe a deeper breath. Class moves through some heat building active twists & lateral contraction and extension. A challenging class which balances some longer holds and flow creating a feeling of openness and fluidity in your upper body. Enjoy!
