I'll show you some simple form tips and 3 different squat variations to help you learn how to squat properly, build strength and size in your legs, and minimize the risk of injury using proper squat form.

We'll be using resistance band squat exercises to help teach you proper squat technique while adding resistance in all the right places to help you build strength quickly and effectively. We'll also target some of the less common muscle groups like glues and abductors that are crucial to perfecting your squat form, and will help to prevent injuries as you progress!
