“Am I a narcissist?”, children of narcissistic parents fear, asking themselves. Perhaps a narcissist in your life projected their words and actions onto you, provoked the worst in you to come to light and then accused you of being a narcissist, or pointed out you flaws with such frequency that you have fears of this nature, embracing the worst possibilities about who you are and who you can be, that you believe that you may indeed be a narcissist.

Whatever the case, this video explores this question. Am I narcissistic? Well, first, what does narcissistic mean? What are the origins of the traits in an individual? And if narcissistic qualities are present within us, how can we adapt to a healthier way of life for ourselves and in our relationships?

All of these questions and more are answered in the video, along with the core message that while you were groomed to focus on the negative, in yourself, other and the world; you HAVE positive traits, strengths, value and worth, and CAN learn to live focusing on those parts of yourself, other and the world.
