These two KONE MonoSpace lifts were built in 2016 and are installed in a residential building. Interestingly, they are not combined into a group, although they both serve all floors.
Although the EcoDisc is a very good MRL concept, these lifts have some unsatisfying points in my opinion. The speed of the lifts is definitely too slow for around 35 meters of travel (15 floors). Even though the leveling is excellent, the acceleration/deceleration should be faster. The build quality of the lift cars seems mediocre, the walls are rather flimsy. Last but not least, I was surprised to find that the two EcoDiscs have extremely low power ratings. For Schindler 3300 lifts with comparable capacity, motors with ca 4kw and 7kw respectively would have been used.
