2 pounds fish of choice. I used Perch but any boneless fish is great as well
1 each medium orange pepper, medium red pepper
1 can tomato sauce (12-15 oz)
1 medium Onion and 2-3 cloves Garlic
salt, pepper and paprika to taste
Parsley and Cilantro to taste

For the Sauce:
Juice and Zest of one lemon
2 Tbs Olive oil
1 ts. paprika

After adding the fish cook on medium low heat 12-13 minutes
